We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and maintain a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Job Summary: As the General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the premises, manage staff, ensure high standards of customer service, and maximize profitability. You’ll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability and teamwork while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage bar staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations, labor cost Maintain exceptional customer service standards and handle guest feedback professionally Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Oversee budgeting, payroll, and daily cash handling Plan and execute bar promotions, events, and seasonal menus Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the bar Work collaboratively with ownership and/or executive leadership to meet business goals Qualifications: Proven experience as a general manager in a high-volume bar or hospitality setting Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of bar operations, cocktail trends, and guest experience Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting Must be at least 21 years old Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Opportunities for growth and career advancement Paid time off
